-- ACME Solar Holdings (NSE:ACMESOLAR, BOM:544283) said its subsidiary ACME Eco Clean Energy has received a commissioning certificate for a 16 MW wind power project in Gujarat, India, according to an Indian bourse filing on Friday.
Shares of the company rose nearly 1% in Monday's trade.
The project is located across multiple villages in Surendranagar district, the filing said.

Amesite (AMST) said on Monday it has entered into agreements for a registered direct offering and a private placement that could raise up to about $6 million for the company.The firm said it expects gross proceeds of about $2 million, and additional some $4 million if the warrants attached to the offerings of shares and pre-funded warrants are fully exercised.The offerings are expected to close around April 28, with H.C.
