Anteris Technologies Unit Enters Lease Agreement for Minnesota Office, Warehouse Facility

-- Anteris Technologies Global's (ASX:AVR) wholly-owned unit, Anteris Technologies, entered into a lease agreement with Northcross West Industrial Owner for around 181,436 square feet of space in an office and warehouse facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.

The initial term of the lease starts on Sept. 1 and expires on Aug. 31, 2037, and may be extended for two periods of 84 months each at market rent, subject to certain terms and conditions.

Anteris will pay a monthly minimum rent initially of roughly $152,709, subject to contractual rent abatements, annual escalations, and other adjustments as well as real estate taxes, operating expenses, and other charges.

South Korea's Retail Sales Rise in March

Retail sales in South Korea, a gauge of private spending, rose 1.8% in March from the previous month, after a 0.3% decline in February, according to data from Statistics Korea on Thursday.On an annual basis, retail sales increased 5% in March, following a rise of 4.3% in the preceding month.
