Ever Grand Financial in Talks to Acquire Business in China

-- China Ever Grand Financial Leasing Group (HKG:0379) is in talks to acquire a thermal management business in China, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.

Shares of the hygiene products maker fell nearly 11% in late morning trade Friday.

The acquisition would come as the firm explores the possibility of expanding its business into the area of advanced thermal management materials and equipment.

The firm cautioned that talks were in the preliminary stage and nothing had been agreed to so far.
