Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport's Attributable Profit Slides 43% in Q1

-- Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport's (SHA:600004) attributable profit fell 43% to 167.7 million yuan in the first quarter from 295.9 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Earnings per share at the airport operator decreased to 0.07 yuan from 0.13 yuan in the prior-year period.

Operating revenue grew 8.5% year over year to 1.98 billion yuan from 1.82 billion yuan.
