-- Rex International (SGX:5WH) named Mike Hopkinson as its new chief operating officer, according to a Wednesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Shares of the oil and gas exploration company were down over 1% in Thursday trading.

Hopkinson succeeds Svein Kjellesvik, who is retiring, the filing added.

Hopkinson has been the general manager of the company's subsidiary, Masirah Oil, since 2023.
