Stockland Maintains Fiscal 2026 Funds From Operations Guidance

-- Stockland (ASX:SGP) maintained its fiscal 2026 funds from operations (FFO) guidance at AU$0.36 to AU$0.37 per security, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

The company also continues to target fiscal 2026 distribution of AU$0.252 per security, in line with fiscal 2025 and within its payout ratio range of 60% to 80% of FFO.

Additionally, Stockland maintained it residential volume targets for the fiscal year, including masterplanned communities settlements of 7,500 to 8,500 lots and land lease communities settlements of 700 to 800 homes, per the filing.
