Longfor Group (HKG:0960) recorded contracted sales of 3.01 billion yuan in March, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 315,000 square meters, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.In the first quarter of 2026, contracted sales and GFA reached 7.46 billion yuan and 842,000 square meters, respectively.The property developer's revenue from property operation and service stood at roughly 6.62 billion yuan in the three months.

Swaraj Engines' Net Profit Rises in Fiscal Q4; Declares Dividend

Swaraj Engines (NSE:SWARAJENG, BOM:500407) said its net profit rose to 545.6 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 454.2 million rupees a year ago, according to a Monday filing on Indian bourses.Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 climbed to 44.90 rupees from 37.38 rupees a year earlier.Revenue from operations of the diesel engine manufacturer jumped year on year to 5.46 billion rupees from 4.54 billion rupees.The board of Swaraj Engines declared a dividend of 110 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.
